Is this company black owned?

Our founder is Jasmine Lawrence. We are a minority-run and owned company.

I'd like for Jasmine to speak at an upcoming event.

Request for speaker submissions should be sent to pr@edenbodyworks.com.
Please include full event details, date, location, honorarium (if
applicable), topic/theme, contact name and telephone number.

Where is EDEN BodyWorks based?

Our main office is in Atlanta, warehouse in Memphis, and a nationwide virtual team services our customers.

When was EDEN BodyWorks founded?

Jasmine Lawrence incorporated the company in 2004 - at the age of 13.

How much is EDEN BodyWorks annual revenue?

We are privately owned and do not disclose revenue numbers.

How can I request sponsorship of my event?

Sponsorships are considered on an ad-hoc basis via the submission form on our website. Financial requests require a 6-month window. Product donations require a 45-day minimum window for consideration. Due to overwhelming requests, we do our best to reply to all requests that honor the above mentioned windows; however, it is not a guarantee of commitment. We encourage you to reapply annually.

Customer service

I'd like to request products/samples for my event.

Please complete the event request form. Make sure to include all
relevant data for consideration (flyer, website, social handles, contact name, telephone, dates, quantity, etc.). Selected events will receive a reply from customer service.

Can I get a sample? I'm a customer and new to EDEN.

We have limited time frames where samples are sold on the website.
Outside of those opportunities, we do not have a way to fulfill sample
requests.

How long does it take to receive my order/shipment?

Normal transit time is 3-5 business days after an order is placed.
During heavy sales/promo periods, please allow 7-10 business days.

I haven't received my order and it's been 5+ business days.

Please contact customer service (info@edenbodyworks.net) with your name, telephone, and order number.

My order arrived damaged.

We hate hearing that! Please email your name, telephone, order number, and a photo of your package to info@edenbodyworks.net for a replacement.

My order says delivered and I have not received it.

We suggest checking with your neighbors, apartment management office, and/or local post office. Oftentimes, carriers will leave packages in a secure location. If not, please contact us with your name, telephone, and order number.

How can I get on the list for sales/promotions?

Sign up! Our weekly emails are choked full of goodness like early
access, exclusive deals, sales, promotions, contests, and more.

Signup for discounts

My discount code isn't working.

Our website will only allow one promotion/code at a time. If an item is on sale, a discount code cannot be used (or the pricing will update to
that code).

Can I use more than one discount code (at checkout)?

Only one discount code is allowed per order.

I want to know about Amazon.com promotions.

How can I get on the media list?

Media credentials and requests can be submitted to pr@edenbodyworks.com for consideration.

Ambassador applications are on a rolling basis. Please sign up for our
newsletter and/or follow us on social media for the next open submission.

I have a product or marketing suggestion.

The store I purchased from won't allow me to return the product.

What is your return policy? How can I return a product?

EDEN BodyWorks is committed to helping protect the health and safety of our customers and employees as we continue to serve the community. We are closely monitoring the current climate and complying with suggested guidelines by public health organizations. As such, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges until further notice. We know there will be exceptions to every rule and ask that you present your situation to our Customer Service Department by emailing your full name, order
number, and issue to info@edenbodyworks.net. Our customers will remain a priority and when the world returns to "normal", we hope to resume our
standard returns policy at that time.

If you made a purchase at a retail location (or Amazon.com), please take the (or return the) product there for a refund. We appreciate your support and business!

Where can I find a retail store location near me?

Currently, our products are sold in Walmart, Sally Beauty, Target,
Harmon, HEB, Rite Aid and on Amazon, in addition to edenbodyworks.com.

We also have global resellers who offer our products in their local regions. Please visit our store locator to find a location near you.

What shipping methods are available?

Standard shipping is $8. Orders should arrive within 3-8 days. We ship via USPS (postal service), FedEx, and UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states (US), APO, and Canada. We hope to add more locations soon.

How can I order wholesale?

Product specific

Which products work best if I have color-treated hair? Any products to avoid (if hair is color-treated)?

Color-treated hair can be drying. We recommend deep conditioning often
to restore and retain moisture. Moisturizing shampoos and leave in
conditioners are great options.

Caution: using our Peppermint Tea Tree (clarifying) Shampoo may strip color.

My hair is low/high porosity. Which collection should I try?

We recommend our Coconut Shea and Papaya Castor collections for high porosity hair (easily absorbs product). Our JojOba Monoi, Hibiscus Honey, and Almond Marshmallow collections are great options for low porosity hair (unable to retain moisture/volume).

I'm new to discovering EDEN. Where should I start?

A customer favorite is the Coconut Shea collection! It's a full regimen from wash to condition and style for moisturized hair.

My hair is dry and breaking. Help!

We recommend weekly deep conditioning with our JojOba Monoi Deep Conditioner or Almond Marshmallow Split End Repair Masque. Both collections address dry, dull, breaking hair.

Which products are safe/recommended for relaxed hair?

All of our products are natural and work across all hair types. Some of
the favorites for relaxed textures include the Almond Marshmallow,
Papaya Castor, and JojOba Monoi collections. We also recommend a deep conditioner, which we have a few across many lines, to keep hair
healthy.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! Our products are cruelty-free. We do not use animals for testing.

Can I use your products on my children/kids?

While our products are made with safe, natural ingredients, we suggest
when using our products on your little ones that they be able to
verbally (talk) share any experience with you about the product.
Therefore, the recommended age for use is 5 years and up.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in the USA.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are made with natural, clean ingredients. Each has a recommended shelf life of approximately 12 months.

Do your products contain sulfates or parabens?

Our products do not contain harsh sulfates or parabens.

Are your products vegan? Organic?

While all of our products contain natural ingredients, we are not certified vegan or organic.

Where can I purchase your products?

Our products can be found at select major retailers nationwide (HEB,
Kroger, Rite Aid, Sally Beauty, Target, Walmart). Visit our store locator to find a location near you.

We also sell directly through our website and at Amazon.com.

Do you have seals on your products?

Some of our most popular products to touch/feel contain safety tamper seals on them. Not all of our products contain seals.

Is it safe to mix + match collections?

Yes, our collections were created to work well with each other. We encourage you to create your own personal EDEN curl cocktail to fit your hair needs.

Has the kids line been discontinued?

We have select items available during limited time frames only. Try purchasing on Amazon.com/edenbodyworks.

Where can I purchase the Temple Balm?

Unfortunately, we have ceased production on this item. It is no longer available.
