My hair story is one of an adventure. I cut, I snip, I relax and I have finally gone back to my roots wearing my natural hair. I began growing out my relaxed hair in 2010 after wearing it in a pixie cut for a couple of months. In 2011, I made it to mid-back length and got tired of that length so I decided to slowly transition back to natural by trying new styles and cutting my hair in stages. In April 2012, I had my last relaxer and September 2012, I did the big chop. Today my hair is shoulder-length natural when stretched. My hair is my glory and my crown but I have never felt so at peace until I came back to my natural hair. I have never regretted returning to natural since I made that decision over one year ago. My only regret is that I did not return to natural sooner.
