How long does it take for My order to be shipped and delivered to me,and from where is it being shipped?

Hi, I just love your Peppermint Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner. I have low porosity hair and I wanted to know how often can I wash and condition my hair with your products. I was hoping twice a week. Also would it be ok to alternate between your products. Example: use peppermint tea tree conditioner and shampoo one week, the next week use Jojoba and next week Shea shampoo and conditioner and the oils, milks, twisting creams etc. Happy Holidays.
